Platform Administration Manager - #2140536

We’re working with a growing wealth management business in Bristol to recruit a Platform Administration Manager.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced platform professional to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and development of an investment platform, while leading a Platform Administration team.

The Role:

• Leading, coaching and developing the Platform Administration team
• Managing the relationship with the external platform technology provider
• Overseeing platform operations, controls, reconciliations and service levels
• Supporting adviser relationships and acting as a key escalation point
• Overseeing model portfolios, DFM relationships and fee accuracy
• Producing management and governance reporting
• Leading platform training for advisers and support teams
• Using AI, data and technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• Working with Compliance, Risk and Operations on governance and controls

About You:

• Experience in platform operations or oversight
• Strong knowledge of the UK investment platform and adviser market
• Experience with platform migrations
• Knowledge of model portfolios, DFM services and investment wrappers
• Experience managing third-party technology/service providers
• Previous team leadership experience
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, improvement-focused approach
