Facilities Coordinator - #2137167

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Facilities Co-Ordinator, to commence a new role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. 

Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.

Duties will include:

• Supporting the Estates Operations Manager in the delivery of facilities management, maintenance, compliance, and workplace services across occupied buildings and operational assets.
• Taking responsibility for contractor-led maintenance activities, statutory compliance coordination and the delivery of small facilities projects. 
• Providing operational support to the Property Manager across my clients completed property portfolio.
