Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 base salary (exclusive of weekend working)
OTE including weekends: £46,000

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading environmental compliance and specialist consultancy, operating primarily around the Bristol area.
In this role, you will perform a full spectrum of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring full regulatory compliance while supporting clients with expert technical guidance and precise reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, as well as Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites in strict accordance with HSG264 regulations and internal procedures.
• Gather on-site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited partner laboratories.
• Generate technical asbestos survey reports and site drawings using electronic management software.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, offering technical guidance and specialist advice.
• Work collaboratively with Quality, Contracts, and Project Management teams to maintain high service standards and project continuity.

Candidate Requirements

• BOHS P402 qualification (or recognized equivalent) is essential.
• Demonstrated background in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required for travel across regional client sites).
• Strong dedication to quality control, high safety standards, and clear reporting.
• Please note: Appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory employment references.
