An exciting opportunity has become available within a successful and fast-growing electrical services company based in Bristol.
Your new role
As a qualified electrician, you will be working on a variety of contracts across the South West and Wales, including large hospitality chains and MOD sites etc...Duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform inspections, electrical testing, and preventative maintenance on electrical systems
• Diagnose electrical faults and promptly repair and replace faulty components
• Install and commission new electrical equipment and wiring according to specifications
• Comply with safety standards and electrical codes at all times
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work
• Remedial and quoted work
• Fire alarm systems etc

Monday to Friday hours

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate must have the essentials below:

• City and Guilds 2360 part 2/City and Guilds 2330 level 3 (or equivalent) in Electricals (Completed AM2)
• NVQ Level 3 Installing and Commissioning Electro technical Systems
• City & Guilds 2382 Requirements for Electrical installations BS7671 18th Edition
• Be able to successfully gain military/ Government Security Clearance
• Microsoft Office literate: as required to complete reports etc...
• Hold a full clean UK driving licence (no points)
• Confident working alone and within a team.
• Be able to work an on-call rota as and when required
  
  

Desirables:

• Fire alarm experience
• IPAF and/or PASMA
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection, testing and certification of electrical installation.
