Vehicle Technician – Bristol
Location: Bristol
Salary: Basic Salary up to £42,000 + OTE up to £48,000 + benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm + Saturday rota

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic to join a successful and established automotive dealership in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technician currently working within a main dealer, independent garage, premium automotive environment or fast-fit centre, looking to develop their career with a professional and well-equipped workshop.

Vehicle Technician – Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics
• Mechanical and electrical fault finding
• Brakes, suspension, steering, clutches, wheel bearings and exhausts
• Vehicle electrical and electronic systems
• Diagnostic equipment and fault diagnosis
• Air conditioning servicing
• Hybrid and EV servicing and repairs
• Completing vehicle health checks and service paperwork
• Working to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Vehicle Technician – Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic or Motor Vehicle Technician
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Diagnostic experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Hybrid/EV qualification desirable but full training can be provided
• MOT Licence desirable but not essential

We are also happy to consider HGV Technicians, Auto Electricians, MOT Testers and experienced Apprentice Technicians with relevant qualifications and transferable skills.
