Salary - £26,614 (plus monthly incentive bonus against site targets)

We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team in Bristol. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the warehouse process – ensuring that IT assets are sorted, tested, and handled efficiently and securely. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to safety, compliance and environmental responsibility, while helping to keep the site running smoothly and productively.

We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team in Bristol. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the warehouse process – ensuring that IT assets are sorted, tested, and handled efficiently and securely. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to safety, compliance and environmental responsibility, while helping to keep the site running smoothly and productively.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Audit all incoming stock to maintain accuracy and traceability
- Make daily decisions to refurbish, recycle or dispose of equipment based on client and environmental guidelines
- Prepare and sort stock for various processing streams
- Support daily operations through accurate data entry and system compliance
- Assist in maintaining resources and materials to meet productivity needs
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth handovers and coordination
- Maintain a safe working environment, following health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the site management team to drive performance and compliance
- Experienced in working within a team-based warehouse or operations environment
- Comfortable using IT systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to plan, organise and complete work methodically
- Flexible, with a positive approach to changing duties and priorities
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety and working to targets
