PERMANENT ROLE – WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – £21,632.00 PER ANNUM
Wincanton are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Portbury, Bristol working in a team supporting with the day-to-day warehouse activity.
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll report directly to the Warehouse Team Manager. This role offers variety to ensure we achieve and excel against customer expectations. You'll deliver KPI's both productively and accurately to ensure we deliver a seamless journey for our customer whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety within the Warehouse Operation.

- 32 hours per week
- 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
- Handling Totes, h anging sets, click and collect sacks and recycling collections
- Warehouse duties including picking stock accurately and efficiently using handheld device to scan.
- Checking of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch.
- Ensuring quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care, so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition.
- Ensuring areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work.
- A range of duties to support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months Warehouse experience
