About
Claims Assessor
Salary: Circa £38000
Are you someone who thrives on helping others and has experience in assessing protection claims?
Do you enjoy working in a supportive team where empathy and attention to detail matter?
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
A Bit About The Job
You’ll join a passionate team that handles life insurance, income protection, terminal illness, and critical illness claims. From start to finish, you’ll guide customers through their claims journey with care and clarity.
You’ll manage claims across multiple systems, suggest improvements, and adapt to new technologies. You’ll also support customers with empathy, especially during sensitive conversations, and refer complex cases to specialists when needed.
This role is all about making a difference—by supporting people when they need it most.
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
We’re inclusive and welcome everyone – we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences. Excited but not sure you tick every box? Even if you don’t, we would still encourage you to apply. We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares.
We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working – spending around 50% of their time in our offices every week - combining the benefits of flexibility, with time together with colleagues.
