The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Collection Administrator to take the lead in gathering and verifying customer information. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to our customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data we hold about them and their households. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our customer records and supporting our commitment to excellent service.

We offer hybrid working but there is an expectation that you attend the office twice a week, and additionally as needed.

Although Not An Exhaustive List, Key Responsibilities Include

  • Utilise a range of communication methods, including phone, email, and written correspondence, to gather and update resident information, ensuring our data records are accurate and up to date.
  • Accurately input and maintain customer data within the Brighter Places housing management system.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of data collection, including following up with residents when initial contact attempts are unsuccessful.

For this role we are looking for individuals who have:

  • Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Confident in speaking with customers
  • Proficient in providing administrative services to a high standard
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to use the main Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience in the social housing sector is not essential for this role.

A basic DBS check will be obtained upon successful appointment of this role.
