Training and Sales Support Administrator (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Support Administration
- Efficiently process customer and reseller orders, including creating licenses according to internal audit standards.
- Manage monthly customer maintenance renewals, ensuring timely delivery of licenses and online support access.
- Handle online order processing and respond professionally to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Provide administrative assistance to Sales Account Managers, including documentation support.
- Assist with organizing customer-facing events as and when required.
Customer Training Administration
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage the training calendar, and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Arrange training logistics, including materials, catering, accommodations, and participant resources.
- Greet and support training delegates at the Bristol office.
- Manage and maintain the company’s online training calendar.
- Issue training certificates and handle administrative training sign-offs.
Your Qualifications:
- Relevant professional experience in administration, office management, sales coordination, or customer service.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to remain organized under pressure.
- Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
- Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- A willingness to take initiative and enhance existing processes.
- Experience in training coordination or event logistics is advantageous.
