This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential, commercial, and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their thriving practice based in Bristol.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to be a CIAT registered technologist with strong post qualification experience working across a range of sectors. The successful individual will have a background in job running and be able to demonstrate proficiency with industry standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit. You will also need a portfolio that boasts strong technical and design skills.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
• CIAT membership
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
• Background in managing projects through technical stages
• Experience developing technical design packages
• Experience using NBS to write specifications
• Experience working across the residential, education, commercial and heritage sectors is desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bristol area
