Your new role
Recruiter, up to £150 per day, interim, 6 months duration, Bristol, hybrid, 3/4 days WFH
As Recruitment Advisor, you will support the delivery of a number of high-volume recruitment campaigns over an initial six-month period.Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Screening and assessing high volumes of applications against agreed criteria, assessment frameworks and scoring matrices.
• Conducting candidate screening and shortlisting conversations to assess suitability.
• Making objective, evidence-based recommendations to support selection decisions.
• Managing recruitment activity and candidate pipelines through an ATS, with Workday experience particularly desirable.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activity and keep campaigns progressing to agreed timescales.
• Providing practical recruitment advice, guidance and challenge to stakeholders.
• Proactively identifying solutions and driving activity forward where hiring managers have limited capacity.
• Supporting both hands-on recruitment campaigns and campaigns where hiring managers retain responsibility for final selection.

What you'll need to succeedWe are looking for a pragmatic, delivery-focused recruiter who is confident about operating in a fast-paced environment.Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience within an in-house, agency or RPO recruitment environment.
• Strong experience of managing multiple vacancies or recruitment campaigns at the same time.
• Experience screening and assessing significant volumes of applications against clear criteria and scoring frameworks.
• Confidence conducting candidate screening and shortlisting conversations.
• The ability to make fair, objective and evidence-based recruitment recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and support hiring managers.
• A proactive approach and the ability to keep recruitment processes moving at pace.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
