Do you have a background coordinating technical projects or Engineers and are looking to join an established company that can provide career progression and industry training taking you from a Service Coordinator into an industry expert supervisor?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a market leading company who have been in operating over 50 years, they hire out specialist equipment to a variety of companies all over the UK.

The role will revolve around the coordination of repairs for specialist equipment. You will be liaising with clients over calls and emails, relaying information to supervisors and helping to schedule in engineers to repair equipment at customer sites.

This role would suit a person with a coordination background with an engineering / technical focus that is looking to work for a market leading company that provide a varied role with industry training and career progression into a more senior position.

The Role

• Communicating with clients over email and phone
• Understand and documenting issues with equipment
• Industry training on equipment knowledge
• Scheduling engineers for repair work

The Person

• Coordinator or similar
• Technical / Engineering background
• Commutable to Bristol
