Your new role
As an economic development professional in this role, you will play a hands-on role supporting the delivery of the economic development priorities. Working closely with the wider team, you will engage directly with business, partners, and stakeholders, helping to identify opportunities for growth, investment, and collaboration.

• Providing economic development and business support across the region.
• Building effective relationships with business.
• Supporting the delivery of economic development projects.
• Working with internal and external partners to support business goeth and improve opportunity for local business and communities.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement and partnership activity across the economic development agenda.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience within economic development, business support, regeneration, and inward investment. In particular, you will need to be comfortable engaging directly with business and stakeholders, combining strong relationship-building skills with the ability to deliver projects and programmes.
