Fast Track Fee Earner - Personal Injury / RTA - Remote - #2166585

Location: Bristol - Fully Remote
Salary: £29,500 - £37,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent
Office Attendance: Just 4 times per year

CRA Consulting is representing a national legal services organisation looking to strengthen its specialist RTA team with the appointment of an experienced Fast Track Personal Injury Fee Earner.

For candidates based in Bristol, this is an opportunity to join an established legal operation while enjoying genuine flexibility around where you work.

The position is fully remote, with attendance at the office required only once per quarter.

You'll manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA Personal Injury matters, with a focus on non-portal claims.

The work will involve:

• Running your own RTA caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion.

• Handling complex liability disputes and motorcycle-related claims.

• Reviewing medical evidence and assessing appropriate compensation.

• Preparing schedules of special damages.

• Negotiating settlements and identifying cases requiring litigation.

• Drafting court proceedings and relevant litigation documentation.

• Managing CPR deadlines, directions and disclosure.

• Maintaining regular communication with clients, insurers and Counsel.

We are particularly interested in speaking with Personal Injury Fee Earners who have previous experience handling their own RTA claims.

You should understand the litigation process, be comfortable assessing liability and quantum, and demonstrate strong organisational and negotiation skills.

Experience with non-portal or disputed liability claims will be especially relevant.

• Salary between £29,500 and £37,000.
