You'll work with production, quality and maintenance teams to solve technical problems, improve how products are made and help introduce new equipment and processes. The Role:

• Solving production problems and improving quality, efficiency and output.
• Leading projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Supporting new products, equipment upgrades and better ways of working.
• Working with production and quality teams, with access to training and an excellent benefits package.

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
• A practical problem-solver who can work independently and with others.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

• £38,000 - £45,000 plus 5% bonus.
• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with guaranteed Christmas closure and the option to buy or sell up to five days.
• One day per week working from home after probation, flexible hours and the option to finish at 2pm on Fridays.
