Class 2 Driver - Coop Contract - #2180137

Pay Rate: £42,116.48 plus an additional responsibility bonus £2,600 per year

Shift patterns: Either Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 4 days out of 7.

We're now looking for a Class 2 driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A typical day may involve:

• Delivering chilled, ambient and frozen goods to store.
• On average there is around 6-7 drops but can be as much as 11 on occasions.
• Areas delivering to - All South Wales and South West, edges of London, Portsmouth and Southampton.
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
• Regular completion of vehicle checks.
• Manual handling will be required for this role.

This role would suit people who:

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• You must have at least 6 months HGV Class 2 Driving experience.
