Salary: £20.00 - £24.00 per hour (£48,000 - £58,000 per annum including overtime) - Included in the performance-related quarterly bonus scheme

Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week plus regular overtime

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Approved Electrician to join a growing team.

You will work on a wide variety of commercial, industrial and hazardous area projects, undertaking electrical installations, maintenance, testing and fault finding to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Carry out inspection, testing and fault diagnosis.
• Read and work from drawings and specifications.
• Set out works and requisition materials as required.
• Complete site documentation and records accurately.
• Supervise and support electricians and apprentices on site where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or recognised equivalent).
• 2391/52 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in industrial or hazardous area environments.
• COMPEX qualification.
• SSSTS.
• IPAF.
• ECS/CSCS card.
• Experience supervising small site teams.
