BLOW CREATIVE

You know the drill. This is where we’re supposed to say “award-winning agency,” “dynamic team,” and “we do things differently.” Yada-yada. You’ve heard it all before, and so have we. Foosball table? Nope. Ping-pong? Behave. We’d rather let our work for global FMCG brands do the talking. We live and breathe “scene-stealing moments” for brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, and Unilever. In the words of Rizzle Kicks, let’s skip to the good bit.

The Role

We need an ambitious, highly skilled Creative Artworker ready to step up and ensure flawless execution across our entire creative output. You sit at the sweet spot where technical precision meets a keen eye for design. This means you do not just populate templates; you understand how global brands dominate both the digital and physical space through pixel-perfect execution.

You are a production powerhouse who lives and breathes detail, consistency, and accuracy. Your main playground will be taking design concepts and scaling them into massive digital advertising rollouts, high-octane social assets, digital out-of-home (DOOH), and offline/print advertising formats.

What you’ll be doing

Campaign Rollouts: Taking approved master concepts and meticulously scaling them across countless digital and print variations.

Digital & Offline Precision: Artworking immersive digital out-of-home (DOOH) creative, web takeovers, display banners, and large-format offline advertising.

FMCG Brand Consistency: Ensuring global brand guidelines for massive names like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and retail media networks are strictly adhered to across every layout.

Quality Assurance: Acting as the final line of defense against typos, pixelation, poor alignment, and improper color profiling before files go live.

Collaboration: Partnering closely with the design and motion teams to transform static creative scamps into beautifully structured, production-ready assets.

What you bring

Experience: 3+ years artworking digital-first and offline print campaigns within a fast-paced agency or studio environment.

Production Mastery: Self-sufficient from receiving raw creative files through to final delivery, asset optimization, and formatting. You are comfortable working independently and at pace.

The Kit: Expert-level mastery of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience with Figma or automated layout tools is an advantage.

The Eye: Exceptional foundations in graphic design alignment, typographic hierarchy, precise layouts, and bleed/spec sheets. A strong commercial lens to protect client guidelines at every stage.

The Good Bits

Competitive Salary: Scaled to your experience and the depth of your portfolio.

Studio Collaboration: Fast-turnaround FMCG projects that require sharp, real-time problem solving.

In-Person Energy: We’re at our best when we’re all in the studio together, bouncing ideas and collaborating to hit those “impossible” deadlines.

Global Stage: No “concept” projects for the bin; your work will be seen by millions on global feeds.

Career Trajectory: Clear path to Senior roles with the autonomy to shape our digital design output.

Training & Health: Continuous development with creative tool training, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, a medical cover plan, and a death-in-service policy.
