Paid Media Specialist – Fixed-Term Contract

£40,000–£45,000 + extensive benefits | Bristol | Hybrid (2 days to be office based)

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join an established agency on a fixed-term contract.

You’ll take responsibility for paid media strategy, campaign delivery, optimisation and reporting, working closely with account and wider agency teams to deliver effective integrated campaigns for clients.

The role

• Develop and deliver paid media strategies across integrated campaigns
• Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns
• Use data and insight to improve campaign performance and ROI
• Work with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities and make recommendations
• Establish and evaluate campaign KPIs and measurement
• Lead analytics and reporting using Google Analytics / GA4
• Create clear dashboards and data visualisations to demonstrate performance
• Stay up to date with paid media platforms, trends and new opportunities
• Build strong relationships with media platforms and external partners

About you

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in paid media, ideally gained within an integrated agency or in-house marketing team.

You’ll have a strong understanding of paid media strategy and campaign delivery, alongside good knowledge of analytics, measurement and performance reporting. You’ll be comfortable working with data, presenting insights and recommendations, and collaborating with different teams.

Experience working across integrated campaigns would be useful, as would strong GA4 experience.

Location: Bristol

Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days remotely

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + extensive benefits

Contract: Fixed-term
