Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to mortgage advisors
• Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with lenders, clients and third parties
• Supporting the end-to-end mortgage application process
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations
• Prioritising workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

About You

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Motivated with a desire to build a career in financial services
• Previous mortgage or financial services experience (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to study towards relevant qualifications
