We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Kitting Operator to support automated machining operations. Key Responsibilities

• Production Support: Prepare and load fixtures and components into automated manufacturing equipment to keep production moving efficiently.

• Quality Inspection: Carry out routine inspection processes to ensure finished parts accurately meet required standards before moving to the next stage of production.

• Operational Execution: Work methodically across milling, turning, and honing operations within a precision engineering environment.

• Issue Escalation: Notice when something does not look right and take immediate responsibility for escalating quality or process concerns quickly and clearly.

• Workspace Ownership: Maintain excellent organisational and housekeeping standards within the manufacturing environment.

Technical Profile & Requirements

• A strong sense of personal accountability for safety, quality, and production output.

• Ability to work methodically, follow defined processes accurately, and maintain focus through repetitive, disciplined tasks.

• A basic understanding of inspection techniques, with a strong willingness to learn how to use gauges and measuring equipment.

• Physically capable of handling fixtures, cleaning equipment, and supporting active machine operations throughout the working day

Beneficial Requirements

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing, machining, or engineering production environment.

• Familiarity with mills, lathes, honing equipment, or automated manufacturing systems.

• Experience using basic inspection equipment such as micrometers, plug gauges, or thread gauges.

• Experience working to production targets or within KPI-driven manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with raising non-conformances through digital production or quality systems.
