Associate - Employment Team

A fantastic opportunity for Solicitors with employment litigation experience who are looking to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a diverse caseload involving all aspects of employment law, predominantly focused on litigation and some advisory work for both employees and employers.
• Provide legal advice on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
• Draft and advise on employee handbooks and employment contracts.
• Engage in advocacy where appropriate.
• Work closely with the team to provide HR advisory services, guiding businesses through complex employment law requirements.
• Gain hands-on experience across a broad range of claims and defenses, becoming an expert in employment law, negotiation, and settlement tactics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven employment litigation experience.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law and procedures.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Exceptional client care skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
