Talent Chief Ltd is partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing recruitment company looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join its expanding Defence division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves recruitment, enjoys finding great candidates and making placements, but doesn't necessarily want the pressure of business development.

The company is doing things differently. Forget outdated KPIs, unnecessary micromanagement and the relentless pressure to make sales calls. This business is focused on quality recruitment, strong relationships and creating an environment where good recruiters can thrive.

Led by a Director with over 20 years of recruitment experience, the company is growing quickly, with a dedicated Business Development professional already bringing new opportunities into the business.

The Role

You'll be working closely with experienced recruiters to source, engage and place talented professionals across the Defence, Engineering and Technical sectors.

This is a delivery-focused position, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best — finding great people and filling vacancies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates across specialist Defence and Engineering markets
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Working closely with senior recruiters on live vacancies
• Building strong talent pools and developing long-term candidate relationships
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions to clients

What They're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing or a 360 recruitment role
• Ideally some exposure to Defence, Engineering or Technical recruitment
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Someone organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple vacancies
• A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering a quality service

You don't need to be a business development expert. This role is all about delivery, and the business wants someone who enjoys that side of recruitment.
