Quantity Surveyor - #2147519

A medium sized PQS construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse range of projects across an array of different project sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, residential and more.

Day to day the Quantity Surveyor will have a diverse set of responsibilities such as, cost management, estimating and face to face work with clients and more.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
• At least 4 years' experience working within a PQS environment
• Confident in completing a project from inception to completion with little support
• Experience working within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Car + driving licence
• Working toward MRICS
