Data Protection Solicitor - #2146661

My client is a Top 100 national law firm with a high quality offering to both private and commercial clients, and ambitious growth plans. As part of this expansion the firm is looking to recruit an experienced data protection associate, ideally in Bristol although with scope to be based in other offices if necessary.

The firm is seeking a data protection specialist who to advise on a variety of matters including:

- data handling

- data protection compliance

- drafting of policy documentation and privacy notices

- website compliance

- data processing and data sharing agreements

- international data transfers

- advising on data breaches

You will be a specialist within the data protection and information law sector, likely to have accrued circa 2-4yrs PQE or equivalent, and will be looking to bring this skill-set to an expanding law firm with ambitious growth plans. The firm offers access to high quality work on Day One as well as the opportunity to be part of a Legal 500-recognised commercial and data protection practice based across its offices, with the opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists within this field.
