Reed Accountancy is delighted to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant to join its finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant seeking a varied role with exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Working within a collaborative finance function, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial information is accurate, robust, and supports effective decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, analysis, and reconciliations.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Monitor financial performance and investigate variances.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
• Support process improvements and finance projects.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or studying towards qualification.
• Experience in a Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Audit, compliance, or financial controls experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
