As a trusted advisor to your customers, you'll play a key role in developing new business, nurturing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth within your region.
What You'll Be Doing as HVAC Sales Engineer
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts.
- Promoting Andrews Sykes' industry-leading HVAC and climate control solutions.
- Conducting site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Building strong relationships with contractors, facilities managers, consultants, and end users.
- Preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales opportunities.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure exceptional customer delivery.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in HVAC, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, building services, or technical sales.
- A proven track record in business development, account management, or solution selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering results.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
