With 27 branches across the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Advisor or Sales Administrator, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within an expanding organisation.

You’ll be at the heart of our customer operation, managing orders by phone and email, identifying customer requirements, sourcing products across our nationwide branch network and working with trusted suppliers to secure the best combination of price, quality and delivery. You’ll prepare quotations, process orders accurately, resolve issues and keep customers informed every step of the way.

We’re looking for someone organised, responsive and commercially aware, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in parts, procurement or customer service is advantageous, along with good Excel and email skills.
