Your key outcomes will be:

- Resolving payroll queries within agreed SLAs.
- Issuing leaver payslips and P45s.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

- Payroll experience and a good knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The initiative to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Experience thriving as part of a team in a challenging environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace.

Let’s talk about what’s in it for you

We’ll pay you £26,000–£30,000, depending on your skills and experience. We keep our ranges broad to give us flexibility to match your experience to our zero-carbon mission.

You’ll also be eligible for a 15% on-target bonus through our company-wide plan, which rewards the collective performance of our people in delivering Plan Zero.

On top of your salary, you’ll receive 9% Flex Pay. We’ll automatically put 4% into your pension, while the remaining 5% can be used for flexible benefits, added to your pension or taken as cash.
