The Opportunity


We're recruiting for a senior operational leadership role with a well-established organisation that is investing in customer experience, service improvement and future growth.

You'll lead a customer-facing operation, driving performance, developing leaders and ensuring excellent service delivery across the business.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operational teams and managers.
• Drive service improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Improve customer experience and performance outcomes.
• Use data and insight to support business decisions.
• Manage resources, budgets and business performance.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.


About You

• Proven leadership experience within operations, customer service or service delivery.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement.
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
• Experience within a regulated environment such as financial services or insurance would be preferred.
