Corporate Tax Director - #2131527

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Director to join a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bristol, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more. This is a rare chance for a senior tax professional to step into a leadership role with genuine influence, taking ownership of a substantial and varied client portfolio while playing a key part in the strategic direction of the firm's tax function. You will work closely with partners and directors across the business, providing high level corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a broad range of clients, from owner managed businesses through to larger corporate groups.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering advisory and compliance work
• Provide technical leadership on complex tax matters, including restructuring and planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support the mentoring and development of junior members of the tax team
• Contribute to business development activity and the growth of the tax offering

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
• Proven experience managing and developing junior staff
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
