Are you an experienced MASH & Assessment Social Worker looking for a role that offers manageable caseloads, flexible working, and strong management support?
We’re working with a highly regarded local authority in the West Country that is currently recruiting experienced Social Workers to join its MASH & Assessment Service.
This authority is committed to keeping caseloads low and manageable, giving practitioners the time and space to complete high-quality assessments and make well-informed decisions that lead to positive outcomes for children and families.
This is an excellent opportunity for Social Workers seeking a better work-life balance, while continuing to grow professionally within a supportive and well-structured team.
