Site Manager - #2127174

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a busy residential construction project in Bristol.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project continues to progress safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and maintain the programme.
• Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries.
• Ensure RAMS, health & safety and quality requirements are maintained.
• Carry out regular site inspections.
• Deal with day-to-day site issues and liaise with the Project Manager.
• Maintain site records and project documentation.

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience within residential construction.
• Confident managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS – Essential
• CSCS – Essential
• First Aid – Essential
