  • Contributing to continuous improvement and mentoring colleagues within the team

Depending on experience, the role may also include responsibilities relating to Export Control compliance and licensing.

What we're looking for

You'll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of UK contract forms, particularly NEC contracts
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and commercial risk
  • Understanding of consortium agreements and collaborative delivery models
  • A relevant professional qualification (or working towards one)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • International career prospects
  • On-site gym and restaurant facilities (where available)
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive culture
