Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join a financial planning firm.

Our client is a well established and growing financial planning company, who have a successful corporate benefits arm. They are looking for a Consultant to join the team, who can support in developing and managing existing relationships with employers and company owners. You will be kept busy with an existing pool of clients to focus on, as well as identify new opportunities to build new relationships.

Duties:

• Develop and manage workplace pensions opportunities, manage pension arrangement and deliver pension education for employees
• Identity and develop opportunities to help business owners with additional corporate benefits outside of pensions
• Develop relationships with new and existing client and building relationships with referrers e.g. accountants
• Maintain accurate records and comply with FCA regulations

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working in corporate benefits/workplace pensions essential
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Knowledge of SSAS desirable
