Are you an experienced Account Director looking to take ownership of major client relationships while helping shape the future of a growing creative agency? This is an opportunity to join a well-established Bristol based agency delivering integrated campaigns across creative, PR, communications, influencer marketing and production. You'll work with talented specialists, build trusted partnerships with clients and play a key role in growing both accounts and the wider business.

What you'll be doing
As Account Director, you'll own a portfolio of key consumer accounts, acting as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for senior stakeholders. You'll develop a deep understanding of each client's business, identify opportunities for growth and create plans that deliver long-term value for both the client and the agency.

You'll lead strategic meetings, present campaign ideas, oversee the successful delivery of integrated projects and ensure work is completed on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard. Working closely with Creative, Production, PR, Communications and Influencer teams, you'll help shape campaigns that achieve measurable results.

Alongside client management, you'll contribute to agency growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting pitches and forecasting revenue across your accounts. You'll also mentor members of the Client Services team, helping develop talent while continually improving internal processes and ways of working.

What experience you'll need to apply
  • Previous experience working as an Account Director within a creative, integrated, marketing, communications or digital agency.
  • Proven experience managing and growing high-value client accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing account revenue, profitability and forecasting.
  • Experience presenting strategic ideas and leading client meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • A track record of identifying and securing new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Experience contributing to or leading successful new business pitches.
  • Confidence managing integrated marketing campaigns involving multiple specialist teams.
  • Experience mentoring or managing members of a Client Services team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What you'll get in return for your experience
In return, you'll join an ambitious agency where collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement are genuinely valued. You'll have the opportunity to influence agency growth while working alongside experienced specialists across multiple disciplines. The role offers a competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing professional development, and genuine opportunities for progression. Flexible working options are available, and the agency is committed to creating an inclusive working environment where everyone can thrive.
