Production Operative

Location: Commutable from Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas
Pay: From £12.70 per hour + overtime available
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 5:30pm
Contract: Temp to Perm opportunity

The Role

We are recruiting Production Operatives for a growing food manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Working as part of a friendly team, you will help ensure products are prepared, packed and dispatched to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing and labelling food products accurately
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Operating production equipment following training
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Working towards daily production targets
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth production runs

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within food manufacturing, production or warehousing would be advantageous
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for long periods and carry out manual duties
• Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
