Senior Wealth Manager, Bristol. c£100,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus

We are working with a highly successful and entrepreneurial wealth management team in Bristol to recruit a Senior Wealth Manager. This is an opportunity to work on larger, more complex client relationships, £1m+, with a strong pipeline of referrals and leads provided.

The team is looking for someone who can stand on their own two feet with minimal supervision, while having plenty of support and guidance available. Existing clients are likely to be passed over to you over time as you settle in, and a dedicated support team sits behind you.

The role:

• Manage and develop relationships with larger, more complex HNW clients (£1m+).
• Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice tailored to client needs.
• Work with a steady flow of referrals and leads, rather than relying solely on self-generated business.
• Operate independently within an entrepreneurial team culture, with support and guidance available as needed.
• Take on existing client relationships over time as you become established within the team.

About you:

• Level 4 qualified as a minimum; Chartered, or clearly progressing towards it, is a distinct advantage.
• Must have experience of dealing with HNW clients.
• Highly professional, driven, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• Those ready to step up into a Senior role will also be considered, provided they can demonstrate the above.

Based in the Bristol office, hybrid working.
