SC/DV Site Reliability Engineer - #2082249

Role: Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Bristol (Hybrid; 3 days per week onsite)

Salary: £60,000 to £90,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Clearance: Must hold active SC or DV clearance, or be fully eligible to undergo the vetting process

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where your technical input directly shapes the scalability and security of complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Maintain: You'll focus on creating a stable technical foundation that can easily grow and adapt as projects evolve
• Automate Everything: Utilize tools like Ansible to eliminate manual toil and drive consistency.
• Performance Engineering: Monitor health metrics and proactively troubleshoot bottlenecks before they impact service.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside diverse engineering squads and stakeholders to refine CI/CD practices.
• Evolution: Continuously iterate on internal tools, systems, and reliability workflows.

Your Technical Profile

• SRE/DevOps Background: Proven experience in reliability engineering or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• IaC & Config Management: Skilled with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.
• Deployment: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline construction and automation.
• Observability: Familiarity with modern monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks.
