This is a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a leading specialist provider of vacant property protection, security, and site management solutions.
Supporting some of the organisations largest, highest spending clients from various sectors, but mainly within Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management, Property Management, Construction and Local Authorities, this business delivers critical services designed to protect vacant and vulnerable sites nationwide.
This role is ideal for a commercially focused account management professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional service within a fast-paced operational environment.
While you will mainly be working remotely, either from home or out in the field visiting clients, it would be ideal if the selected candidate was able to work 1 day per week from the office in North Wiltshire.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for clients across the UK.
Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will ensure service excellence, identify opportunities for growth, and support the successful delivery of property protection and security solutions across a diverse client base.
- Manage and grow strategic customer relationships across key national accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Lead regular customer review meetings and performance discussions
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and grow revenue within existing accounts
- Support commercial negotiations, renewals, and service agreements
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution
- Monitor KPIs, service performance, and customer feedback
- Develop account plans aligned to customer needs and business objectives
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management or Business Development
- Experience within security services, facilities management, or property management services
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-driven approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
