Part-Time Delivery & Operations Coordinator - #2083120

We’re looking for a part-time Delivery & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of client delivery across Noble Performance.
This role sits at the centre of day-to-day coordination, helping teams stay organised, projects remain visible, and delivery systems stay up to date. You’ll work closely with account managers, Heads of Department and delivery teams across SEO, Paid Media, Content and Web.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to busy teams. You’ll help maintain visibility across active work, support onboarding and project setup, coordinate recurring delivery processes, and help spot blockers before they become bigger issues.

- Support the coordination of client projects, retainers and internal delivery processes across the agency
- Maintain visibility of active work, deadlines, blockers and delivery priorities using tools such as ClickUp and Harvest
- Help to ensure projects, tasks and onboarding processes are clearly set up and well organised
- Lead recurring backlog and delivery coordination meetings across selected service areas
- Support resource and capacity visibility across teams, flagging potential risks or pressure points early
- Coordinate follow-ups, unblock day-to-day delivery issues and help keep projects moving forward alongside Account Managers
- Support freelancer coordination, delivery reporting and wider operational organisation where needed
- Contribute to improving internal workflows, consistency and overall delivery efficiency
This role would suit someone with around 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, delivery management, agency operations or a similar fast-moving environment.
You might currently be a Project Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Operations Assistant or Account Executive looking to move further into delivery and operations.
You do not need deep digital marketing experience, although exposure to agency, technical or digital delivery environments would be beneficial.
We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, detail-oriented and keen to grow.
- 1+ years’ experience in a coordination, delivery, operations or project support role
- Strong organisational skills and confidence in keeping track of multiple moving tasks at once
- Comfortable using project management tools (such as ClickUp)
- Ability to communicate clearly, follow up on actions and keep teams aligned
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working across different teams and delivery disciplines
- Experience in agency, digital, web or technical environments is beneficial but not essential
- Around 1+ years’ experience in a coordination, delivery, operations or project support role (ideally in an agency environment)
- Strong organisational skills and confidence in keeping track of multiple moving tasks at once
- Experience using project management tools (such as ClickUp or similar)
- Clear communication skills and confidence in following up on actions
- A proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused mindset
- Exposure to SEO, PPC, Web or broader digital delivery
- Experience supporting resource planning, onboarding or delivery reporting
- Familiarity with Harvest or similar time-tracking tools
