Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bristol for a Head of Growth. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include leading growth marketing initiatives, identifying new customer acquisition channels, executing marketing strategies, and collaborating across teams to accelerate company expansion.


Desired Requirements


  • Proven expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition
  • Experience with Meta, particularly a focus on paid ads.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with performance marketing tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or technology sectors is a plus


Salary and Benefits

  • £40,000–£60,000 per year dependent on experience
