You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Head of Finance, taking ownership of core financial reporting while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, evolving organisation.


The Role

This is a hands-on role with real ownership.

You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial controls across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Control

  • Full ownership of monthly management accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintaining the general ledger and posting journals

Revenue & Transactions

  • Raising invoices and managing accounts receivable
  • Supporting day-to-day financial processing

Budgeting & Analysis

  • Monitoring performance against budgets
  • Supporting stakeholders with financial insights
  • Producing ad hoc reports for senior leadership

Compliance & Process

  • Supporting audit processes
  • Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records


What We’re Looking For

  • Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
  • Experience in a management accountant role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
