People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - Bristol to join our busy and growing Bristol office.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm
• No weekend working

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Developing new business opportunities through outbound sales activity and client engagement
• Managing and growing existing client relationships
• Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
• Writing engaging and attractive job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of vacancies
• Matching candidates to suitable roles and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Ensuring compliance and completing all relevant recruitment administration
• Conducting service review meetings with clients
• Working towards and exceeding KPIs and performance targets
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, driven, and motivated attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Confidence speaking with both candidates and clients
• A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• The right to work in the UK (proof required)

Desirable Experience

• Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Previous sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience would be beneficial
