Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bristol for the position of Head of Fundraising. The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for designing and executing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with major donors, identifying new funding opportunities, and enhancing philanthropy efforts. Additional responsibilities include fostering partnerships, promoting the charity’s mission, managing fundraising campaigns, and leading engagement activities to secure essential funding for HorseWorld’s impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Major Donors and expertise in Philanthropy.
• Proven skills in Fundraising and Charities sector initiatives.
• Strong Communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of creating successful fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Knowledge of the charitable sector and a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and animals.
• Relevant experience in non-profit fundraising roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
• A strong understanding of donor engagement, cultivation, and stewardship techniques.
