About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Producer to join our team on maternity cover. This is a pivotal role within the company, acting as the central point of coordination across all projects and ensuring smooth delivery from concept through to completion.


As the Producer, you will oversee all project management activity, working closely with creative, 3D, operations and developers while maintaining strong client relationships.


About You


  • Proven experience in a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role (ideally within VR, live events or creative industries eg TV / theatre)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience line managing teams and leading cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • High attention to detail, particularly in reviewing content and deliverables
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment


Desirable

  • Experience with VR, AR, or immersive media
  • Familiarity with creative production pipelines
  • Experience contributing to tenders or business development processes
  • A driving licence and own car would be beneficial
  • An interest in the future of digital technologies

Key Responsibilities


Project Management & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of all projects, from initial brief through to final delivery and act as the primary point of contact for all clients across active projects
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements, build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tracking systems
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage internal reviews, feedback cycles, and approval processes
  • Maintain clear documentation across all stages of production


Team and Client Management

  • Line management, providing regular check-ins, feedback, and support, and monitoring team workload, capacity, and wellbeing
  • Facilitate communication between creative, technical, and operational teams to create a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment
  • Lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear agendas, actions, and outcomes
  • Lead onboarding of new clients, including setting expectations and ways of working
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals


Business and Operations Development Support

  • Contribute to the development of proposals, pitches, and tenders for new business
  • Work with leadership to improve positioning, offerings, and processes
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager on invoicing schedules and financial tracking
  • Represent the company through networking opportunities, industry events, and relationship building
