The Role

You'll receive comprehensive training from day one, learning everything required to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to the offer stage
• Developing market knowledge within your specialist sector
• Generating new business opportunities
• Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements
