Are you an accomplished insurance professional who truly prioritises the needs of your clients? Our team of experts is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our successful and dynamic organisation.

With the unique advantage of operating across three offices under one unified business, this role offers unparalleled opportunities to maximise your reach, leverage resources, and drive success.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for actively growing and sourcing new business while retaining and nurturing existing clients. You’ll bring your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for achieving results, to make a real impact.

How you'll make an impact

• Maximise Opportunities Across Our Three Offices: With access to a wider network and resources, you’ll actively seek and respond to new business opportunities, exceeding your targets and contributing to the success of our unified business.
• Client-Centric Approach: Focus on the needs of your clients, offering a broad range of services and products. With the ability to collaborate across multiple offices, you’ll have even more opportunities to upsell and tailor solutions.
• Drive Business Growth: Contribute to our overall targets as a high-performing team player who acts with integrity and professionalism.
• Leverage Networking Opportunities: Attend trade-related events, including dinners, AGMs, trade shows, and expos, using your interpersonal skills to network at all levels and seize new opportunities.
• Negotiate with Confidence: Use your outstanding communication and negotiation skills to secure the most appropriate terms with Underwriters and Insurers.
• Represent Our Brand: Present a dynamic and professional image of our company, actively encouraging open dialogue about our industry expertise and the value we bring to clients.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in insurance sales and a proven track record of generating leads and meeting targets.
• Has a strong knowledge of cross-class commercial risks.
• Excels in communication, negotiation, and building relationships.
• Is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives on creating opportunities.
• Is working towards or has achieved Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII).
• Is confident using business tools and systems.
• Is eligible to work in the UK and can travel.
