We’re looking for motivated and personable Retail Sales Associates to join our successful retail teams at sea, on cruise ships around the world.

Do you have proven experience of providing excellent customer service? Are you tired of life on the high street, or have you worked at sea before and want to return?

This is a truly unique and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be adaptable and ready for new challenges, seeing the world while you deliver memorable retail experiences for our customers.

About Us

Harding+ is leading the way in innovative onboard cruise retailing, working closely with our cruise line partners and brand partners to ‘make every cruise better’. We stay at the forefront of retailing and consistently provide outstanding customer service, culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022 and 2023.

What You’ll Do

  • Live and work on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
  • Create exceptional and memorable retail experiences for guests on board
  • Maximise sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
  • Develop detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
  • Participate in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations
  • Maintain good stock control and impeccable visual merchandising standards in store

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong retail background, ideally with knowledge of premium products
  • Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • A solid work ethic, able to adapt to change and thrive in high energy environments
  • A team player attitude, able to take initiative and be flexible in your role requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages would be advantageous
  • A good level of physical fitness is required

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary and target-based commission structure
  • No bills! Accommodation and meals are all provided for you on board
  • Necessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea
  • Dedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, product and brand
  • A unique opportunity to see the world and meet new people as you earn!
  • Contract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contracts

Intrigued? Keen to hear more about this unique opportunity to live and work at sea? Apply now.

Your retail career with Harding+ and next adventure starts here!
